This week our theme is all about being a helper.
Today we learned 4 very important rules to make us great helpers both at home and in school.
From the chart we made today it looks like we have some wonderful helpers at home. I know I have amazing helpers at school...I couldn't do it without them!
Speaking of good helpers...
Miss Ollie has been such a wonderful helper to her friends lately. I have heard some very kind words come out her her mouth to help make others feel better, and ensure everyone knows she is their friend. I am very proud of this sweet girl...warm fuzzy for her!!
Up to this point we have learned all primary colors, red, blue, and yellow. Today we learned that if we mix different combinations of these colors we make secondary colors.
The first secondary color we are covering is green.
We learned that if you get blue and yellow...
and mix it together...
you get green!!!
pretty cool huh
it's like magic!!!
Now lets put this green paint to good use.
So we read the always fun, and a bit spooky, book
"The Big Green Monster"
and made some monsters of our own!
You must ask your child how this wonderful story ended!
Finally, a big shout out to one of the happiest kiddos I've ever met..
Mr. James Clark!
