My Neighborhood

Last week we did a unit on "Places in my Neighborhood". To start we discussed different types of stores, and what you would buy at each of them.

First, we did a store sort on the Smartboard.
Would you buy it at the grocery, toy, clothing, or pet store?











Then we discussed important places in our neighborhoods. One of those places is the Library. We learned all about checking books out, and that there are many many books on all different topics.
