What a perfect holiday to have in H week...
our week began with Halloween!
Check out all that we did to celebrate:
Mrs. Mansfield and I dressed up as Pinkalicious and Purplicious, and the kids wore their adorable handmade pumpkin t shirts.
Before going to lunch we went to the Junior High Science Lab, to see their "Mad Scientist" presentations.
The lab was dark and spooky, but they did some pretty neat experiments.
They crushed a can with heat, and made a big bubble using soap and dry ice.
In the afternoon we had a class Pumpkin Party!
We started with delicious pumpkin snacks.
Then the party began.
We were split into 4 rooms then rotated.
In one room we got to play Bingo with candy corn.
BINGO!
In another room Mrs. Claire red "Pete the Cat, Five Little Pumpkins", and we made a fun craft to go with it.
In another room we made super cool mummies!
Finally, the main event...
The Pumpkin Hunt!
We hunted pumpkins like we do Easter eggs, and look at what we came up with!
The next day we had a fun visitor...
An Alligator!!!
We learned all about reptiles and even got to touch her!
Thank you sweet Nash for being an amazing Star last week!!
His grandmother made us a very special snack,
"Nash's Nuggets"!
They were delish!
Thank you Nash
