YeeeHaw!!

We've had a great week in PreK A learning all about the letter C, and how we can keep ourselves healthy. We talked all about different ways to keep ourselves clean, and why that helps to keep us healthy. Then we discussed healthy eating. We learned the 5 food groups, and that it's important to always have a colorful plate!

Then, what a better way to end our letter C week than with a C-C Cowboy Day?!?! Everyone looked great in their hats, vests, "dambanas", and even spurs!

Did you know that in our class we have a real cowboy?!?! This was a perfect week for our friend Rece to be the Star of the Week! We learned through his show and tell that he shows his bull in fairs. How cool is that?! You should have seen the smile on his face when I told him we were having a Cowboy Day:).
