Green Goblin Goo!

We've now made it to G week! G is a perfect letter for this week before Halloween....ghosts, ghouls, goblins, and of course...goo!
We made green goblin goo:
1 Cup of Water




1 Teaspoon of Borax




Mix those together in one bowl. Then in another bowl mix
1/2 Cup of Water




With 1/2 cup Elmer's glue (clear or white)




Then add green food coloring




Mix well




Then add the water and borax mixture, and mix some more!




Now the fun part...knead it!




































Then strain off the water, and there you have it...Goblin Goo!

Warning! I did try and quadruple it for the class, so everyone could take some home and it did not work so well. I ended up just making 4 separate batches.

Mr. Tripp had an amazing day, so he got a bright purple star!! Yay Tripp!




Also, our new Star of the Week is Julia!




She brought some grey show-and-tell things, and we can't wait to learn more about her as her Star week continues!
