The Stars had a fabulous Friday to conclude our first week of school.
We started the day by taking a tour of our new school.

On our tour we got to meet some wonderful new Wabbit friends.
We met the wonderful Mrs. Korte and Mrs. Suski who will help us when we don't feel well or if we loose a tooth.
Then we got to go back and meet our wonderful principal Mrs. Dobbins.
 Final stop...the gym!
Once there, we had a great time playing with new toys and new friends.

Also today, we got to celebrate Austin's 4th Birthday!
Happy Birthday sweet boy, and thank you to Victoria for the wonderful cupcakes.

Then to conclude our week we did our first craft to go along with the wonderful book, The Kissing Hand.  If you haven't read it, it's a great back to school book about a raccoon who is scared to go to school for the first time.  Before he leaves for school his mother kisses him in the palm of his paw and tells him that if he gets sad or scared to press his palm to his cheek and remember that mommy loves him.

We made our very own Chester the raccoon and a kissing hand.
The kids did a great job following step by step instructions to create this craft.

At the end of the day I gave each student a heart with a kiss (Hershey kiss that is) on it, and told them to remember through the weekend that I love them so very much!

Happy weekend to all, and I will see you Monday!
