100th Day Hooray!!

Can you believe it!?

  We have made it 100 days in PreK, so we are 100 days brighter!

We had so much fun celebrating this accomplishment.  I treated the kiddos with yummy 100 cupcakes.

We then did a journal on what we would buy if we had $100!

My oh my the toll 100 days in PreK has taken on us!!

(I'm so sorry for the missing 2 photos...I promise to add them tomorrow!)

Don't worry though, we're still our adorable 4/5 year old selves!

Oooo What Fun!!

Oooo what fun it is to learn!!

Today we had some fun with the letter O.

First, we made the always popular Octopus Stew for snack.

We began with fresh caught octopus of course;)

OR hot dogs!

Cut each dog in half then slice 8 tentacles, 

 and drop in a pot of water.

 Let them cook and curl up into...

 Octopuses!

 Now chow down!

 YUMMO!

Then this afternoon we made some pretty cute Owls.

 Nothing's complete in PreK without the personal touch of a hand print.

Dream Big!

Last week our theme was "People in our Neighborhood".

We learned all about different jobs, and the clothing/tools necessary to get the job done.

The natural question to sum up the week...

What do you want to be when you grow up??

These kids have some lofty goals, and I know they can all achieve them!!
